Candlewood Homes has been designing and building Ready to Move Homes since 1996 and Tiny Homes since 2010, however, the experience of our team traces us back many years in the industry. We believe your house should be a reflection of your personality. That is why we constantly innovate with technology and improved products so you can design the home of your dreams from cabinets and wall colour to layout and exterior details.
Our Team
Ken Penner
Owner
Ken learned the trade of building from his father. They started building RTMs in 1974. Now Ken is the salesman and officeman, and just generally keeps things running.
Don Penner
Owner
Don also learned the trade, working together with his father. Then in 2000 he joined Candlewood Homes. Don is operations manager working together with their small crew.
